Nearly Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs

  1. Fill large pot with water & bring to a boil
  2. Once water is boiling, gently place eggs into water
  3. Let them cook for: 9 mins for a soft boiled egg, 10 mins, for a medium boiled (the BEST), 11 mins. for a solid, hard-boiled
  4. Drain eggs & place immediately in ice cold water filled with ice
  5. Let sit in ice bath for about 10 mins., then remove from water and place in fridge.
