2 heads of broccoli – about 3-4 cups
1/8-1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
¼ cup of panko bread crumbs or whatever crumbs you have on hand
Salt & pepper to taste
1/8 cup Grated parmesan (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°. Wash & break apart broccoli and place in gallon bag with olive oil and garlic. Seal bag and toss to coat broccoli. Then, add bread crumbs to bag, seal bag and toss well. Spread broccoli on parchment paper covered cookie sheet (parchment paper is optional but helps in clean up) Sprinkle with salt & pepper and bake for about 20 mins. or desired crispiness is achieved. Sprinkle with parmesan if desired after removed from oven. Enjoy!
